Four ways to work with me.
Start with the Primer, or skip to the one you need.
A 30-minute session for managers and directors who've been told they need an AI strategy and don't know where to start.
What you get
- 15-minute walkthrough: what AI is, how it works, who the main providers are, and what's free and what's paid.
- The risks, named: IT, HR, privacy, security, hallucinations and slop, and how to spot them.
- 15 minutes of questions: your situation, your questions.
- One-page summary emailed afterwards: share it with your team.
A two-hour working session on your week. We find the 3–5 biggest time drains, and you leave with a prioritised action plan and a shortlist of Skills worth trying. If the audit finds nothing worth changing, the report says so.
What you get
- 2-hour working session (video or in person)
- Written audit report within 3 working days
- Prioritised list of 3–5 recommended changes
- 15-minute follow-up call included
Four working sessions over a month. We pick 3–5 Skills from the Admin Agents Skills library, then configure each one to your role, your voice and your corporate policies, and document everything. You own the tools we build together.
What you get
- A prompt library: written for the tasks that repeat weekly, tuned to your voice, role, and brand tone
- Written documentation for every Skill, so a colleague or contractor can pick it up without you
- 2 weeks of email support after the build
Every Skill is installed on your account and documented in plain English, so the toolkit keeps working if you never speak to me again.
Below is a small sample from the Admin Agents Skills library.
250+ curated AI Skills across 12 domains: official Anthropic releases, community bundles and Skills from my own work. The Audit narrows them to the 3–5 that fit your week.

Who it's for
People who've had an Agent Skills Build and want to keep improving, or teams with ongoing AI needs that don't justify a full-time hire.
A decade of work with AI.
- Working with data-science teams since 2016
- ChatGPT adopter from launch week, November 2022
- Briefed the C-suite on opportunities where AI could increase margin, and lobbied for operational teams to use AI tools outside of software engineering
What to build, what to buy, what to leave alone.
Shipping software since 1999. I know what's hard and what's easy, what's safe to automate and what isn't, and where today's AI stops. When a Skill doesn't exist, I can build it. When the answer is "not yet", I'll say so.
Frequently asked questions
Jargon buster
What's an agent?
An agent is an AI you give a job to. It does the work and comes back with the result. When you ask Claude or ChatGPT to draft something or summarise a document, you're briefing an agent. Skills give it knowledge of your role, your standards and your organisation's way of working, so you don't re-explain every session.
What's a Skill?
Expert knowledge an agent loads when a task needs it. A GDPR Skill checks your marketing copy against the regulation. A brand guidelines Skill applies your organisation's visual and tone standards.
How can a Skill help me?
A board paper Skill knows your C-suite's format, tone and recommendation-first structure. An internal comms Skill knows how a leadership update differs from a status report. A competitor research Skill produces board-ready intelligence in a consistent format. There are 250+ in the library, across communications, research, writing and decision-making.
Safety & compliance
Is my data safe?
Yes. I use tools that don't train on your data, such as Claude and GPT Frontier with enterprise settings. I tell you what data goes where before we start, and we address any compliance requirements (GDPR, sector rules, internal policy) up front.
What if my employer has rules about AI?
I work inside corporate AI policies, not around them. The Primer covers what's safe to use at work, where the IT, HR and privacy lines are, and how to spot the risks.
Can you work with my corporate systems?
I configure Skills for your personal or approved-at-work AI account, build you a prompt library and help you brief IT. I don't connect third-party tools to your email or calendar. That's for your IT team.
Do I install the Skills myself, or do you?
You install what your company policy allows, usually your personal Claude.ai or ChatGPT account or an approved corporate tool. I configure each Skill to your role, your voice and your real examples, and you learn how it was built.
What you actually get
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. Most clients know AI exists but not where to start. The 30-minute Primer is for exactly that.
What happens after an Agent Skills Build?
You own the documented toolkit and can hand it to a colleague or contractor. Every build includes 2 weeks of email support. After that, many clients move to the retainer, but there's no pressure.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
Start with a free 30-minute conversation to see if there's a fit. If I don't think I can help, I'll say so.
Logistics
How long does an audit take?
The session itself is two hours. The written report lands within 3 working days.
Is this a subscription or a one-off?
The Primer, Audit, and Agent Skills Build are one-off projects. The retainer is monthly, with a 1-month notice period to cancel.
Do you work with people outside Cambridge?
Yes. Most sessions are on video. I'm near Cambridge, so I can also meet clients in the East of England.
About me
What's your background?
